Add Time to FreshService Incidents

FreshService has the ability for agents to add time spent on each ticket. Instead of actually tracking the time, this lets you manually input it (so you can still represent that a 5 minute ticket would have a minimum of a half-hour “charge” time). It would be great to have the ability to add that time in Goverlan so we don’t have to go back to the FreshService site to add time to a ticket after we close it.
