System Information Reporting For the Database
SureData work’s great, my only issue with it is that historical data is only available for workstations that you have queried for real-time data at some point. If you’ve never queried the machine, no historical data will be available, I feel this is kind of counter-intuitive to the idea of SureData. It would be nice to have the option to have the agent report system information on a schedule, or at first logon/bootup to the database so the “high availability” aspect of SureData works when real-time information is not available for a computer that hasn’t been queried yet (offline or off-site).
