Create a Ticketing Service Desk Module or Integrate With Existing Service Desk Applications


With the very small list of ‘good’ service desk software out there, it would be great to see an integration into Goverlan for a helpdesk module. It would be one of the only programs to have everything packaged into one software to allow seamless support to end users and would be very valuable to any IT team. Alternatively it would be great to see some integration into existing ticketing software such as SAManage, JIRA, etc.
