Using the Remote Control Legacy Capture Engine
Use the Remote Control Legacy Capture engine for older systems or systems that do not support hardware acceleration.
Goverlan will attempt to automatically detect and use the appropriate capture engine for a remote control session that will provide the best performance.
However, the legacy capture engine can be forced by selecting Disable Hardware Acceleration (legacy).
