The Goverlan Reach Console provides easy access and management of incidents via a direct integration with leading service desk providers.

From within the Goverlan Reach interface, you can search and open incidents, update their information and status, work on the resolution of an incident using Goverlan and close the ticket with automatic registration of the actions performed for the resolution in the ticket.
