  1. If Goverlan is crashing upon start once you have configured your Service Desk Provider, do the following to reset the option:

    1. Open the registry editor on your machine (Regedt32.exe)
    2. Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Goverlan Inc\Goverlan Reach Console v9\ServiceDesk
    3. Set the value of the Provider :: Reg_DWORD to 0

    Then contact our support department to resolve the crash.
