Image Customization for Company Branding!

Goverlan Remote Control now supports image customization on the client side. You can now add your company logo to the Remote Control splash screen as well as the Admin mode screen. This allows for better company branding and seamless support for your users.

With Goverlan v7.01.55, you can now conveniently dispatch a GPUPDATE commands to your workstations! Simply make a computer selection, right click on it and select the “Update Group Policy” command. This will run a gpupdate /force on the selected targets. You can also perform an Update Group Policy action on large sets of machines via the Goverlan Scope Action feature.


Windows 8 Support for both Client and Technician

Windows 8 is now fully supported. Goverlan v7.01.55 can be installed on Windows 8 operating systems and Windows 8 clients are supported by the Goverlan Agents.


Internet Explorer Version

With Windows Vista and above, the IE Version is no longer being reported in Add\Remove programs. So we have now added it under the System Information screen in Goverlan Remote Administration. You can also report on this in a Scope Action very easily for a large number of computers.


Better Tab Support for multiple connections in Goverlan Remote Control

We have made managing your tabs in Goverlan Remote Control a bit easier. You can now close specific tabs directly as well as close all tabs that are disconnected.
