EasyVista ServiceManager and Goverlan Reach Integration Automation

EasyVista Service Manager can now utilize Inventory data collected by Goverlan Reach Process Automations. This data can be collected from any Goverlan Reach Agent endpoint and displayed in EV Service Manager. For more information on EasyVista Service Manager and Goverlan Reach Integrations, see this blog post.

To collect this data, create the following Process Automation or download and import the prebuilt Automation.

Creating an Asset Inventory Process Automation:

1. If you are not familiar with creating Process Automations, see Creating Process Automations
2. Include all the inventory data collected by these categories when configuring the Action Module:
   1. Computer Identity Information All Computer Identity Information
   2. Computer OS Information All Computer OS Information
   3. Goverlan Agents All Goverlan Agent Information
   4. Memory Information All Memory Information
   5. Video Adapters All Video Output Information
   6. Software Products All Product Information
   7. Local Drives All Local Drive Information
   8. Processors All Processor Information

Add a Process Automation Schedule to run this action at intervals to keep the data updated in Service Manager.
