The following errors are displayed when:

Goverlan uses the Microsoft XML Parser to save Scope Actions and alternate credential information into a database. During the Goverlan program installation, the Microsoft XML parser is automatically installed. However, the installation may fail or get corrupted.
Make sure that you are using the latest version of Goverlan – From within Goverlan, select Help >> Online Access >> Check for update, and update your Goverlan copy with the latest version. If the problem persists, execute the next resolution step.
Download and re-install the Microsoft XML Parser – You can download the Microsoft XML Parser English version msxml6.msi here (you can also go to the Microsoft website and search for the latest XML parser). Close all programs. Install the MSXML Parser, reboot your machine and try again.
