"I have been using Goverlan for 5 years now and  I can honestly say it is the best tool I have access to. 

We use Goverlan to its full extent,  not only for remote control and desktop management but for application deployments, custom reports, license management and advanced troubleshooting.  Using the scope actions, WMIX and Wake on LAN capabilities together, we have been able to do large deployments such as Office 2007, instantly apply important security patches and measures, locate software installations for license management as well as report on hardware for lifecycle planning.  The ability to wake systems and manage them remotely greatly expands the work we can do in remote sites thus saving us time and unnecessary travel expense.  

I can honestly say that the automation and instant information Goverlan provides saves us a great deal of time and travel which not only save us money and increases productivity but has enabled us to greatly increase our Helpdesk call efficacy and client satisfaction. "
