International Clients
International clients who cannot use Internet
Activation should activate their product using
Email Activation. If both Internet and Email activation cannot be
used, Phone Activation must be performed.
We do not expect our international clients
to place an overseas phone call in order to activate their product. At
their convenience, they can schedule to have a Customer Care
Representative call them to process the telephone activation.
Send an email to
activation@pjtec.com requesting Phone Activation. The email request
must contain the following information:
- Customer name and company name.
- Contact telephone number (include
country & city code).
- Available date(s) and time(s) that you
can be reached.
A Customer Care
Representative will confirm your request via email and arrange for the
phone activation date and time.
